We try to make getting your component serviced as easy as possible with several different ways to get your suspension component to us!

1) Fill out the form here, tell us what you need serviced and which area you are in to schedule a pickup from one of our partner shops.

2) Not confident in your own mechanic skills, contact one of our partners to schedule your bike and have them remove your components for you, and we will take it from there!

3) Outside of our pickup/dropoff area? No problem, contact us to schedule your service and send your component via BikeFlights!

After repairs are done to your component, we will email you an invoice and we will ship it back immediately upon payment.

We ask for the product serial number or Tune ID to help us ensure we get your product serviced with the right parts quickly, if you are not sure where to find the serial number, click here for a helpful video!
